Lisvane Art Workshop

This now-annual event is a critique conducted by yours truly, Ian Philpot, Chairman, on paintings from a selection of my photographs. I tried to give a constructive appraisal of members’ paintings, with helpful suggestions where I considered appropriate. I hope members all enjoyed it!

At the end, I selected a winner - Denah Grove, pictured here, for her acrylic painting of ‘View From Above Llanfachreth’, in which Denah had used a pallet knife to obtain stones &c in relief on the path and walls.
