Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting was held on 11th October 2022. Among the decisions made were:

Sherry Thomas resigned as treasurer, having been our treasurer since Oct 2016. Denah Grove agreed to take over this post.

Ian Philpot agreed to continue as chairman and exhibition organiser.

Subscriptions for the autumn term were set at £35, with the same for the following term, Jan - Easter ; the summer term would probably be £25, but would be reviewed nearer the time.

In view of the falling membership, a merger with the Tuesday Morning Ladies Art Group was discussed, but was thought unsuitable for various reasons, but it was agreed nevertheless that Sherry should approach them to find out their exact feelings.
